The headband is elastic and has a good bit of stretch, but there's also velcro for getting a perfect fit. The elastic string that connects the ball is thin, but is holding well so far. It seems to be attached pretty well to the headband. FUN party game!

I really loved this idea so bought this for my son 9.5 yr old. However, it’s really quite difficult to do- it’s just too fast. When I tried it was more of a tapping the ball up with the backs of my hand, back and forth, which was really more of a game then boxing exercise. I suppose it is good for hand eye coordination. Great!

Bought this for my 11 year old grandson. He wanted to work out this year. This was hilarious to watch the kids trying to hit the ball. I can see where this would be so good their eye hand coordination. The 11 year old got to where he could hit it consistently 8 or 9 times in a row. The eight year old and nine year old were not quite as adept but they did get better. It kept them entertained for hours. Highly recommend this, it's great and fun.

Not going to lie I purchased this as a gag gift for my boys. We are a Taekwondo family and I thought they would enjoy this game by having a friendly competition of who can punch the ball the most times in a set amount of time, so far so good! So for a long time I've been struggling with my coordination when I box and I needed to find a product that would improve that issue. After doing some research I came across this product and I have to say this has most definitely improved the accuracy of my punches. All you have to do is practice and soon enough you'll become better and more accurate with your punches, improving your hand-eye coordination. If you want to have fun while improving your coordination then you have to try this product! If you want to progressively improve your skills and challenge yourself get one of these! I'm reordering this for my nephews who do boxing because it will definitely benefit them! Also, thank you for sending this to me in a timely manner and not late like all my other orders!

This thing looks silly, but it is so fun! My kids even kept wanting to take turns with it! I can't even get it out without them begging to have a turn. At first I wasn't sure how it worked, but I quickly learned that you strap it around your forehead and punch the ball. If you're not quick enough, it might "punch" YOU in the face too! It's fun to test your reflexes and get a short workout in the process.

First off, I would like to say that this is WAY harder than I thought when I first decided to order it. On the other hand it is SO MUCH FUN! We took it to a gathering with a bunch of adults and everyone wanted to try it- even the kids that were there gave it a try. You will most definitely look a little silly but once you get the hang of it you can't get enough. Thankfully the ball is soft so when it smacks you in the face the first couple of times you can laugh it off. I think that would also be interesting to try if there were adult beverages involved (for the grown ups, of course).

This toy is so fun! I didn't expect it to be as fun or adictive as it is. You put the strap around your head and hit the ball. Excellent for hand eye coordination, would be an fantastic tool to improve that. I am short and I found that as is, the string was too long. I just wrap the sting around the headband a few times and it's perfect. I do this for the kids too and they have a blast with it. When I first tried it I didn't think I would ever be able to do it but it didn't take long to be able to hit the ball pretty efficiently. The ball is soft and squishy and doesn't hurt when it hits you. Buy one! You will have a blast.
